Scenario background: A regional sales team based in Milan is having their monthly catch-up call.
Lucia: Right, everyone’s here. Let’s get on with the meeting so we finish on time.
Matteo: Before we start the main presentation, I want to bring up the new pricing structure. Some clients are unhappy.
Lucia: Thanks Matteo. We can touch on that briefly right now, but we need a separate meeting for a full discussion. … Did anyone else turn up late to the client event yesterday?
Clara: No. Almost everyone arrived early. However, we need to come up with a better solution for registration next year. The queues were too long.
Lucia: Good point Clara. Let us think about that next week. To sum up, we will schedule a pricing meeting and review the event feedback later. Now, let us look at this month’s figures.
