Scenario Background: Hanna and Thomas are discussing progress on a software update for a client in Vienna.

Hanna: Hi Thomas. How’s the team doing with the new software release?

Thomas: We’re moving forward, but we had a small delay yesterday. I need to carry out a few more tests before we send the files.

Hanna: I see. How’re you planning to deal with the tight deadline?

Thomas: We’ll work a bit extra today to catch up. I also asked Sofia to look into a system bug that appeared this morning.

Hanna: Great. Once she helps us sort out the code error, we can finalise the package.

Thomas: Exactly. We just need to keep on testing until everything works smoothly.

Hanna: Sounds like a solid plan. Let me know if you need extra support.
