Scenario: Two colleagues are reviewing the status of a software rollout for their European offices.
Lars: Right, let us get down to the timeline. We have a lot to cover before the client meeting.
Clara: Good idea. The design phase is coming along nicely. The team in Berlin finished the main interface yesterday.
Lars: That is a relief. However, we still need to work out the logistics for the server hosting. The current provider is too expensive.
Clara: I can take on the new project despite its size, so I will handle the hosting research too. I know a few alternative companies in Amsterdam we could use.
Lars: Thanks, Clara. Please set aside an hour for the review tomorrow.
Clara: Will do. I will send you my notes by Friday afternoon.
